Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Virginia mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages increased 1 basis point from 4.74% to 4.75% on Monday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.71% (MN, SC) to the highest rate of 5.81% (NM). Currently, Virginia mortgage rates are 4 basis points lower than the national average of 4.79%.
The Virginia mortgage rate on February 8, 2010, is down 4 basis points from last week's average Virginia rate of 4.79%.
