Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Virginia mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages increased 4 basis points from 4.35% to 4.39% on Thursday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.25% (HI) to the highest rate of 4.75% (NV). Currently, Virginia mortgage rates are 1 basis points lower than the national average of 4.40%.
The Virginia mortgage rate on July 29, 2010, is down 2 basis points from last week's average Virginia rate of 4.41%.
